All returned products must be unopened, unused and stored in the original box and must include all accessories in the original box.We will not accept opened products unless they are damaged or defective in their original packaging.
If your order included a gift purchase, the gift must be returned with the item or the refund will not be processed.

Postage charges for returned packages are non-refundable.

The customer service team will send you a return address for the returns process.
Be careful to pack the item you are returning in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
According to the return address provided by the customer service center, return the whole box of goods to us by the courier company of your choice.
Once the returned item arrives, we will check that the item is eligible for return for exchange/refund.
