Shipping range:
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, some remote areas, outlying islands and Macau.
Industrial and residential addresses only, please do not use post office boxes and logistics warehouses as delivery addresses.
Each order can only be shipped to one address.If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders for different addresses.

Estimated delivery time:
After confirming that the payment is successful, it will be processed and sent according to the delivery method selected for the order.Order processing is subject to stock availability.
Standard delivery in Hong Kong: 2 to 5 working days from Monday to Friday (except outlying islands)
Macau standard delivery: 3 to 6 working days from Monday to Friday

General delivery time:
Monday to Saturday: 9am-6pm
Sunday and public holidays: no delivery service

Outlying island delivery time:
Cheung Chau: Saturday
Lamma Island: Saturday
Peng Chau: Saturday
Shipment Tracking / Change of Address:

When the goods you ordered are packed in the warehouse and ready for delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation notification by email.This email contains order information and order tracking number.If necessary, please contact SF Express yourself to track the shipment.
After the goods are shipped, if you need to change the address, please contact SF Express to make another arrangement.Additional costs incurred must be paid by themselves.
If the customer fails to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements.
If the delivery fails twice in a row and you cannot be contacted, the order may be cancelled, and the company may not issue a refund.
